Do I need to be a member to play?
No, but you need to be accompanied by a member. To preserve the experience and booking availability for our members, we do not offer one-time sessions.
How do I become a member?
Download the Trackman Golf app, find Capital Golf Lounge on the map and purchase a membership in the app. See Become a Member for step-by-step instructions.
How do I book a simulator?
Simulator time at Capital Golf Lounge is booked in the Trackman Golf app. Members can book up to 14 days in advance.
Is there a contract or initiation fee?
No. Capital Golf Lounge memberships have no contract and no initiation fee, and you can cancel at any time.
Who can become a member?
Memberships are available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Members may bring up to three guests and are responsible for their conduct.
Can I bring children?
Guests under 18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult member who is at least 21 years old.
Is membership limited?
Yes. Memberships are intentionally limited to preserve availability and the premium club experience.
Can I receive golf lessons?
Yes. Members may receive instruction from the coach of their choice. Coaches may not actively market, advertise or solicit business within the Club or interfere with the enjoyment of other members.
Can I leave my clubs?
No. Please take all personal belongings with you after each visit.
What is included in a membership?
Every Capital Golf Lounge membership includes weekly simulator time on three TrackMan iO bays, secure 24/7 access, up to three guests per visit, complimentary premium coffee, online reservations and access to member leagues and events.
What is the difference between Gold and Founder memberships?
Gold members receive two hours of TrackMan simulator time each week. Founder members receive three hours each week, plus Founder recognition and Founder pricing that stays locked in while the membership remains active.
Can I buy extra simulator time?
Yes. Members can purchase additional simulator time whenever they need it.
What simulators does Capital Golf Lounge use?
Capital Golf Lounge has three premium TrackMan iO simulator bays, each with a large impact screen, a premium hitting surface and comfortable seating.
Are there leagues and tournaments?
Yes. Capital Golf Lounge runs weekly leagues, club championships, match play competitions, TrackMan challenges, closest-to-the-pin and long drive contests, and member appreciation events.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes. Members may bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, and complimentary premium coffee is provided.
Do you rent golf clubs?
No. Capital Golf Lounge does not currently rent clubs, so please bring your own.
Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Capital Golf Lounge is wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring my own golf clubs?
Yes. Members are encouraged to use their own clubs.
What golf balls should I use?
Please use clean, unmarked golf balls only.
What should I wear?
Golf attire is encouraged. Clean indoor athletic or golf shoes are required.

Yes. Members may inquire about exclusive club rentals or private events, subject to availability.
