Step 01:
Choose your membership
Select from Practice, Core, Founder, or Corporate. Complete enrollment online. No initiation fee.
Step 02:
Download the TrackMan app
The TrackMan app is your membership card, booking system, and key to the club. Available on iOS and Android.
Step 03:
Create your TrackMan profile
Optional but recommended. Your profile stores all shot data, course history, and performance stats across every session.
Step 04:
Book your bay
Open the app, choose your bay and time slot. Booking windows and simultaneous booking limits vary by tier.
Step 05:
Arrive and enter
Use the app to unlock the door. No front desk. No check-in. Your bay is pre-loaded and ready.
Step 06:
Play
Practice on the range, play 300+ courses, run skills challenges, or work on your game with full shot analytics.
Step 07:
Leave when done
Sessions end at their scheduled time. Reset the bay and go. No fuss.

Booking Rules
- Minimum session: 1 hour. Maximum: 4 hours. Booked in 1-hour increments
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your session or hours are deducted
- No-shows: full session deducted from weekly allocation
- Unused weekly hours do not roll over
- Sessions end promptly at scheduled time regardless of arrival
Guests
- All tiers welcome guests — complimentary, no guest fee
- Maximum 4 players per bay including the member
- Member must be present for the entire session
- Guests sign a digital waiver at the time of booking — automated
- Guest hours count against the member's weekly allocation
